Foreign Policy Research Centre Journal: Focus G-2, International Perspective

India's Foreign Policy Research Centre (FPRC) came out with its latest journal, this issue focused on what has become known as the G-2: the idea that US foreign policy often focuses on keeping things okay with China, and that—despite real conflicts between the US and China, they will do best by working with one another. That also, however, ignores the importance of other international power centers (e.g., India and Israel). My contribution is on pages 39-46.
